Head of People (Freelance – Full Remote, Europe-Based)

About the Role

As Head of People , you’ll lead the HR vision for a fast-growing, fully remote team of freelancers who share a passion for sport & health . You’ll focus on building smart processes, improving collaboration, and supporting a vibrant, international team dynamic.

This is a freelance role , open to candidates based anywhere in Europe . You must be a native French speaker and Fluent in English (spoken and written) .

What you’ll do

• Attract & Retain : Refine how we recruit and engage talent. Support managers in making thoughtful hiring decisions, and leverage skill mapping to create smoother onboarding and meaningful collaborations.
• Audit & Optimize : Step back and assess the current setup through job mapping and gap analysis.
• Build & Streamline : Contribute to the evolution of our HR processes, including the potential finalization and implementation of a new HRIS to better support our growing freelance team.
• Unite & Energize : Foster strong working relationships across teams, support smooth communication, and help create a dynamic environment where people passionate about fitness and well-being can thrive together.

You are

• Experienced, with at least 5 years in HR
• A native French speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English , comfortable working in an international context.
• A freelancer with a collaborative mindset and remote work experience.

Type : Freelance

Salary: Up to 70-72k€ (freelance annual contract)

Location : Remote – anywhere in Europe
