Job Summary
MS Business Application Developer will be responsible to design, develop and maintain solutions. Codes, tests, debug, document and implement software applications focusing on Power BI, Automate, Power Apps Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and Azure. Key Accountabilities Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for self?developed software solutions. Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company. Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company requirements. Document requirements of business needs via user stories/use cases, data flows, logical data models, et al. Document current state data and business process; articulate business needs and complex business problems. Build, manage, and execute sophisticated test cases and testing plans. Test new software code and work in a highly efficient ("Agile") development environment. Analyze and test solutions and products before formal launch. Troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace, ensuring that system improvements are successfully implemented. Ensure solution security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information. Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions. Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all end users are confident in the use of all developed applications. May lead functional teams or projects.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Industry. Minimum 2+ years of experience in designing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure and Power Platform solutions. Managing solution development using Azure DevOps. Hands?on experience with multi?phase globally delivered Dynamics 365/Power Platform implementation projects. Ability to learn quickly, engage deeply in new subject areas, and establish credibility with an eye toward drawing out complete and robust requirements from a variety of stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to provide meaningful, regular status communications at multiple levels of detail. Experience supporting multi?company/multi?plant environments with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Ability to engage virtually with distributed teams. Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision. Proven ability to work independently and as a team member. Excellent organizational, multi?tasking, and time?management skills. Excellent evaluation skills and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to travel 10%.
Preferred Requirements
Experience working in Supply Chain Management. Expert understanding of Azure Cloud capabilities. Good understanding of agile methodologies, creative design thinking and finding innovative ways to develop with cutting?edge technologies. Good understanding of Azure Data Factory, Pipelines, and Dataflows. Understanding of Dynamics 365 SaaS administration and Azure PaaS component administration. Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results. Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work.
Job Compensation
Salary Range:
