keep the team motivated, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensure everyone has the tools and techniques they need to succeed. If

by example by confidently engaging with prospective customers and consistently booking high-quality meetings for the Sales team
Mentoring and coaching our Sales Development
Representative

and qualifying commercial opportunities, supporting the team to achieve and exceed their KPIs

need from you: Proven success in a sales role, ideally within

lead generation, with a strong
track record
of consistently achieving and exceeding targets
Energetic and collaborative mindset, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
