Founded in 2010, *All About Therapy* specializes in occupational and speech therapy services for children from birth to through age 17 with a wide range of diagnoses and abilities. Our Mission is to work with children with developmental delays and special needs to create beneficial outcomes that otherwise might not be possible. We place a high emphasis on close collaboration with families, teachers and school administrators to ensure each child reaches their highest potential. We work with each child's pediatrician and community agencies to provide care that is cohesive and an effective continuum of their care.

All About Therapy is excited to be opening a new clinic in Raleigh and is currently seeking a friendly and compassionate SLP with experience working with children to join our team. We have *part-time, full-time, clinic and natural environment available.*

As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a crucial role in helping children develop the skills they need to thrive. *Responsibilities*
* Conduct evaluations and assessments of children in their natural environment
* Develop individualized treatment plans to address each child's unique needs
* Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for children, as well as group sessions as needed
* Incorporate play and other fun and engaging activities into therapy sessions
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Communicate regularly with parents and other members of the child's care team
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all services provide
*Requirements*
* Speech Language Pathology License
* Minimum of 1 year of experience working with kids
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to remain calm and patient when working with children who may be anxious or upset

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
