Our mission is simple: help people recover quickly, restore sustainable movement, and live fuller lives. We stay at the cutting edge of the profession by offering services such as dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, vestibular rehabilitation, spinal mobilization, return-to-work/sport programming, and more.
Because of increasing demand from our neighbors and growing referrals, we are expanding our team. We’re looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
*What You’ll Do*
As a full-time Physical Therapist on-site, your core responsibilities will include:
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
* Develop individualized treatment plans integrating manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and patient education
* Implement interventions that reduce pain, improve mobility, and build long-term resilience
* Track clinical outcomes, maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
* Collaborate with referring physicians, families, and support staff
* Continue to grow through evidence-based practice, mentoring, and professional development
You’ll have meaningful autonomy, with structured support and mentorship to help you thrive.
*Who You Are*
* Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
* Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you connect with patients, families, and colleagues
* Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with documentation and clinical workflows
* Experience or solid knowledge in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training — and a willingness to expand into new modalities
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a cohesive team
* Empathetic, patient-focused, and motivated by helping people regain what matters most
