\*\*Job Overview:\*\* We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients with communication disorders, aiming to improve their quality of life.
*For this position, we are looking for full or part time candidates with a minimum of three years of experience.*
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
- Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
. - Provide speech therapy services to patients with various conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. - Maintain detailed patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques.
\*\*Requirements:\*\*
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience in patient assessment.
- Proficiency in case management and medical terminology.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and swallowing.
- Familiarity with pediatric speech therapy is a must
- Strong critical care skills for handling complex cases

Pay: $70,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
