We’re looking for a *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)* who enjoys teamwork, values relationships, and wants to make a real impact.
*We’re currently hiring for: *
* *12 Hour shift Part-Time, Full- Time, PRN Day and Overnight shifts. *
*What You’ll Do:*
* Provide hands-on nursing care that helps residents feel their best.
* Pass medications and carry out treatments with accuracy and care.
* Be a trusted resource and teammate for CNAs and fellow nurses.

*Who We’re Looking For:*
* Current *LPN license* (Illinois)
* Strong patient assessment and care planning skills
* Proficiency with IV therapy, catheterization, and tube feeding
* Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner a plus)
* Experience in *LTC, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living or Home Health* preferred
