* Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history and specific concerns, ensuring a customized approach to treatment.
* Utilize your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to apply effective techniques for pain management and overall wellness.
* Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans using appropriate medical terminology.
* Provide outstanding customer service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere and building strong relationships with clients.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in occupational health and med spa practices to enhance service offerings.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
* Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism in all interactions.
*Qualifications*
* Must possess an active massage therapy license in .
* Strong skills in patient service and assessment, with a focus on understanding client needs.
* Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and various other modalities for effective pain management.
* Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
* Experience in occupational health or med spa environments is preferred but not mandatory.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when required.
