Founded in 2010, *All About Therapy* specializes in occupational and speech therapy services for children from birth to through age 17 with a wide range of diagnoses and abilities. Our Mission is to work with children with developmental delays and special needs to create beneficial outcomes that otherwise might not be possible. We see kids in our Raleigh clinic and our therapists also go to wherever the child is, whether they are at home, school, daycare or various other settings for their services. We place a high emphasis on close collaboration with families, teachers and school administrators to ensure each child reaches their highest potential. We work with each child's pediatrician and community agencies to provide care that is cohesive and an effective continuum of their care.

*Job description*
We have an opening for a full time pediatric occupational and a part time therapist. We have availability in natural environment and clinic and offer optimized caseloads, health benefits, sign-on bonus, 401k, PTO and much more. This position provides a fulfilling opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families. All About Therapy is a local therapist owned practice in the Raleigh-Durham triangle area. We are seeking compassionate and experienced therapists to join our team.

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct evaluations and assessments of children referred for occupational therapy services
* Develop individualized treatment plans to address each child's unique needs
* Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for children, incorporating play and engaging activities
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Communicate regularly with parents and the child's care team
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all services provided

*Requirements:*
* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
* Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
