Essentials Responsibilities
- Obtain logistic reports from multiple sources and integrate into one central report on a regular basis
- Identify transactions that are eligible to duty refund under USMCA agreement
- Obtain all necessary supporting documents to file the claims
- Collaborate with 3rd party service provider and customs brokers to submit the claims
- Track and update claims submitted until refund is received
- Support tariff's impact assessment and cost recovered through refunds
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of proven track record in a professional work environment with related experience
- Proven organizational skills and demonstrated ability to be detail oriented
- Expertise in MS Excel and comfortable working with large dataset
- Prior work experience in corporate environment
- Have legal authorization to work in Canada and be aware that any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a pre-employment verification
Desired Characteristics
- Relevant experience in logistics, customs operation, warehouse
- Experience building integrated report using PowerBI
- Experience with SAP ERP systems
- Ability to work with complex dataset and display analysis in a impactful way
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision
