Senior Business Analyst Trading

ResponsibilitiesBusiness analysis and project management in the redesign and implementation of market making, trade position management, life cycle management, risk management and trade booking systemsAnalyse and document existing processes/workflows and propose and review necessary changes in the context of IT architectural changesWrite features and user stories in alignment with product owners/management and business stakeholdersBreak down features and business stories into technical stories and tasks and specify them together with technical stakeholdersInterface analysis and specifications together with IT stakeholdersPlan and support the execution of stories and tasks and track their progressTest, control and document the implementation of stories and tasks, align results with stakeholdersDrive change management (changing setups, changing user interfaces)Act as interface to various stakeholders (Product Management, Product Owners, IT, IT Architects, Traders, Sales, Treasury, Mid/Back Office, Risk Management)RequirementsSeveral years of experience in as a business analyst, process manager or project manager in financial trading / market makingIn-depth knowledge of several trading asset classesExperience in re-designing, implementing and integrating trading, position, risk and market making systems on a trading floorExperience with sales applicationsFluent in EnglishNice to haveExperience as a financial trader or having worked closely together with traders on a trading floorCross-asset experienceGood understanding of ITGerman language skillsPersonalityCapable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong team player with close cross-team collaboration in an international environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFast understanding of big picture topics, paired with attention to details whenever required
