Coordination / Management of major incidentsLead and manage task forces to resolve major incidents as fast as possibleDocument the major incidents appropriate and initiate & track the problem management processProper communication to the different stakeholdersEnsure documentation and perform the recap sessions / lessons learned after the major incident is resolvedRegular alignment of the local and international incident- and problem management teams and initiate improvements on process, task and team levelTakeover of on-call service approx. every 6 weeks Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business Information Technology or similarWork experience in similar role for at least 5 years in financial industriesITIL certification and familiar with agile working methodsQuick learner & flexible Self-motivated and leadership skillsExcellent customer facing skills Strong communication skillsTeam playerGood analytical and coordination abilitiesFluent oral and written in English, German is an advantage / all additional language skills are a plus We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
