*Position Summary*
Keystone Perfusion Services, PC is seeking a *Full-Time Staff Perfusionist* to join our cardiac team at *Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital* in Sayre, Pennsylvania. This is an opportunity to work alongside a high-performing and collaborative cardiac surgery team in a teaching hospital environment committed to clinical excellence.

*Clinical Setting*
* Cardiac Surgical Services
* Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
* Intensive Care / Cardiovascular Intensive Care Units
* Emergent bypass support areas in the hospital
* Annual case volume: approximately 200–250 open-heart procedures, including CABG and valve repair/replacement. Minimal ECMO support. No transplant or VAD cases.
*Supervision Structure*
* *Direct supervision:* Physician performing the procedure and on-site Manager of Perfusion Services
* *Indirect supervision:* Regional Perfusion Manager and Keystone Executive Leadership
*Scope of Responsibilities*
* Operate and manage extracorporeal circulation systems (e.g., heart-lung bypass)
* Involvement with ECMO, IABP, autotransfusion, hemofiltration, and blood gas analysis
* Administer medications, blood products, and anesthetic agents via the extracorporeal circuit
* Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation
* Coordinate care with surgical and ICU teams
* Support patient resuscitation and emergency interventions as needed
* Maintain equipment logs and perform routine equipment checks
* Participate in education, quality assurance, and research activities
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree or higher
* Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular perfusion program
* Certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP)
* Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
* Pennsylvania Perfusion License

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $155,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
