Position: Stabilization Interventionist

Location: San Jose, CA (and surrounding counties), In-Person/Onsite Required

Reports to: Program Director

Employment Status: Full-time, Hourly

Salary: $31.44 hourly opportunities for quarterly bonuses

Who You Are:

  • Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.
  • Must have a California Driver's license in good standing and insurance.
  • Preferred experience with the Developmentally Disabled population is a bonus

The Job:

  • Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management.
  • Implement Strategies and Interventions developed by CBEMs Critical Intervention Specialist (CIS).
  • Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist.
  • Participate in clinical trainings
  • Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.
