Role Purpose The Content & Community Management Associate is responsible for thinking and planning how to engage with our individual client communities, and is pivotal for the success of the growth of brand accounts. We are looking for social natives who are natural-born creators, capable of generating ideas, shooting (on phone or other equipment) and editing their work.
Role Responsibilities
Work with the Partner to set the strategy and deliver strong community management and growth of brand accounts.
Collaborate with the full social team to identify scaled opportunities to create brand fame, informed by social intelligence and audience understanding.
Collaborate with the influencer team to find scalable opportunities in creator and influencer markets.
Manage conversations for a number of clients offering a range of services to consumers.
Schedule approved content, optimizing for the best frequency.
Report and optimize content performance.
Develop and manage channel strategy.
Identify content aligned with trending themes and moments.
Contribute as a creative voice internally and externally to elevate creativity.
Help achieve our ambition of delivering communications that are better for everyone: more relevant for consumers, drive better results, and develop rewarding careers.

Hours / Days:
5 days per week
Skills & Experience
3‑5+ years of experience.
A positive, flexible, can‑do attitude.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self‑motivated and proactive.
Confident, approachable, and able to build strong relationships.
Confidence in writing and editing strong content; ability to be a storyteller.
Driven to always improve with a curious mind and entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong and engaging communication style; ability to sell and showcase ideas internally and externally.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Experience with CXM tools like Sprout or Sprinklr.
Ability to take ideation through to execution (storyboards and pitches included).
Strategic thinker with experience helping brands grow in social media.
Understanding of PR tactics and social/brands.
Client servicing & stakeholder management skills.
