Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious food from our shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders and payments.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck and kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Keep workstations, dining area, and restrooms clean and organized.
• Follow daily cleaning schedule and sanitation procedure.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and handling within a restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Familiarity with cashiering duties and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.
• Previous experience with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour
