About the role We are seeking a hands‑on all‑round Lead Engineer with strong expertise in mobile device repair testing and technical operations. You will provide end‑to‑end technical guidance from equipment setup and workflow design to compliance quality standards and technical team management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead setup and optimization of technical operations including repair stations, testing equipment and quality inspection processes.
Provide expert technical guidance on mobile device diagnostics, repair and component replacement.
Define and implement workflows to meet UK / EU quality and compliance standards.
Recruit, train and manage technical staff.
Collaborate with suppliers and partners to integrate advanced technologies.
Serve as the primary technical advisor to the CEO ensuring smooth technical operations.
Requirements
Proven hands‑on experience in mobile phone repair, refurbishment or electronics service operations.
Strong knowledge of diagnostics, component‑level repair and quality inspection.
Experience in technical operations set‑up or management.
Familiarity with UK / EU compliance standards (CE, WEEE, RoHS).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
