The Design Manager will be based either in Surrey or London or a combination of the two - whichever is preferred.
The Design Manager Role
The successful Design Manager will immediately jump onto High-End Residential projects from £2 - £10 million , operating across London.
With nearly 40 members of staff, this forward-thinking Main Contractor now need a experienced Design Manager who can operate across multiple projects and create relationships that are long lasting whilst engaging very collaboratively with the current team.
Projects will consist of High-End Residential refurbishments with values of £1m up to £12m.
If you are an existing Design Manager or an experienced Architect with High-End Residential experience, this role and company will support you immensely.

Clear Design Management background Construction industry High-End Residential Experience Relevant "design/architectural" degree preferred. Architectural background is a plus Ability to communicate effectively In return
