to join our expanding team. Salary & Benefits £30,000 base salary OTE £85,000+

(no cold outreach) Complete property assessments (youll be fully trained) Explain the benefits, savings and system options Present proposals and answer customer questions Guide customers through the signup process Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets Handover the job to our account manager after the sale This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting people, enjoys autonomy, and wants to earn a high income. What Were Looking For
You
DO
need solar experience. We will also train you. You
DO
need the following: Essential: Previous sales experience (any industry, solar preferred) Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face Motivated by high earnings Coachable and willing to learn Full UK driving licence Confident, positive, professional attitude Bonus if you have: In-home sales experience Experience in renewable energy, home improvements, car sales, telecoms, financial sales, roofing, or utilities Training Provided We invest heavily in developing our assessors. Training includes: Solar system fundamentals How to calculate savings & ROI for customers Objection handling High-closing scripts On-site shadowing & coaching Personal development & weekly skills training Our goal is to give you the skills to become a
