About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Advisor who loves solving problems, building relationships, and creating meaningful impact.

This role bridges Sales, Operations, and Training — ensuring our customers receive timely solutions, support, and clear communication across teams.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for enterprise customers — guiding them through onboarding, training, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Research teams to troubleshoot and follow through on client requests.
  • Analyze challenges, propose practical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Manage customer relationships with professionalism, empathy, and accountability.
  • Track and document all touchpoints and outcomes in CRM and internal systems.
  • Work with internal departments to improve process efficiency and ensure smooth collaboration.
Requirements
  • 1–5 years of customer-facing or coordination experience.
  • Strong communicator and natural problem-solver.
  • Calm, professional, and eager to learn.
  • Warm, approachable, and emotionally intelligent.
