Sales Strategy & Planning
Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company operations Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform go‑to‑market strategies Design and implement sales coverage models and capacity planning Lead annual and quarterly business planning processes, ensuring alignment with operational objectives Present sales operations insights and recommendations to leadership Performance Management & Analytics
Build and maintain sales dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics Provide regular reporting on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales productivity Conduct win/loss analysis and identify trends to improve conversion rates Develop predictive models and analytics to drive data‑informed decision making Monitor achievement against targets and identify performance gaps Sales Process Optimization
Design, document, and continuously improve sales processes and methodologies Implement best practices for opportunity management and sales execution Drive adoption of sales tools and ensure CRM data quality and hygiene Streamline workflows between sales, marketing, customer success, and other departments Lead sales process automation initiatives to increase efficiency Serve as primary administrator for CRM platform (Salesforce) Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales technology stack Manage integrations between sales tools and enterprise systems Provide training and support for sales technology adoption Partner with IT to ensure system reliability and security Collaborate with enablement team to identify training needs and skill gaps Develop sales playbooks, battle cards, and competitive positioning materials Support new hire onboarding and ramping programs Create and maintain sales documentation and knowledge repository Revenue Operations
Partner with leadership and Finance on revenue forecasting and pipeline management Manage sales compensation plan administration and commission calculations Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies Coordinate with legal on contract management and approval workflows Contribute to company‑wide operational initiatives and process improvements Support leadership in board reporting and investor relations materials related to sales performance Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Honor’s degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, or related field 10-15 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or management consulting 5+ years of experience in technology or SaaS industry preferred Experience with enterprise technology sales cycles and solution selling Technical Skills
Expert proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) Knowledge of sales automation and enablement platforms Understanding of API integrations and data management SQL knowledge is a plus Business Acumen
Strong understanding of technology solutions and enterprise software market Experience with subscription and consumption-based pricing models Knowledge of sales methodologies Understanding of financial metrics and revenue operations About Morae Global
