About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our Administrative team. This full-time, hourly position offers the flexibility to work offsite while playing a crucial role in ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping. If you excel at organization, have strong time management skills, and enjoy working independently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain various data into company databases and systems.
  • Verify and reconcile information to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members or supervisors to resolve any data discrepancies.
  • Organize and manage electronic files, ensuring data is easily accessible and well-secured.
  • Generate and distribute reports as requested by management or other departments.
  • Participate in periodic quality assurance checks on data entered by other team members.
  • Manage deadlines effectively to complete data entry tasks within the allotted timeframes.
  • Adhere to confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Exceptional typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in an offsite environment with minimal supervision.
  • A high level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

The pay range for this role is:
USD per hour(Remote (El Paso, Texas, US))
