Position: Branch & Operations Manager
Job Type: In Office (5 Days), Full Time, Permanent
Pay: From $80,000
What You Will Do:
- Oversee the daily operations and growth of the branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the execution of the annual business plan, driving individual and team performance to achieve set goals and targets.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives, ensuring new team members receive comprehensive training, seamless integration, and feel included within the organizational culture.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and mentorship while effectively managing conflicts, fostering collaboration, and promoting a supportive, high-performing, and conducive working environment.
- Promote and model exceptional customer service by leading with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Partner with leaders and staff to create schedules that align operational demands with employee availability, engagement, and collaboration.
- Uphold organizational values, nurture an inclusive and accountable workplace, and build strong relationships with clients and the broader insurance community.
What You Bring:
- Level 3 General Insurance License required
- CIP, CAIB, or other relevant industry designations considered an asset
- 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience, with a strong background in personal lines insurance
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop teams
