We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation and technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, and ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in:

    • Process documentation, analysis, and re-engineering.

    • Writing business requirements, use cases, and user stories.

    • Working within Agile environments.

  • Strong political acumen and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.w

    • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) such as CBAP or CCBA.

    • Familiarity with BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) standards.

    • Previous experience supporting government or large-scale IT transformation projects is an asset.
