You’llmake an impact by - Gaining a comprehensive overview andunderstanding of global cybersecurity legislations, technicalstandards, and emerging regulatory initiatives, and analyzing howthey interlink; providing expert support and guidance tostakeholders at Siemens Smart Infrastructure to implement relevantrequirements in their daily operations - Representing Siemens Smart Infrastructure in internal bodies (e.g., Technical Regulation and Standardization Committee or Market Access Conditions) and externalexpert networks (e.g., standardization bodies, industryassociations), ensuring compliance and proactive engagement -Collaborating closely with business units (mainly R&D, Product Security), Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Siemens Headquarters, Governmental Affairs, Legal, Data Privacy, Communication, andbeyond, to ensure alignment on security and regulatory matters -Preparing Siemens Smart Infrastructure for global trends such asdecoupling and glocalization, as well as strategic shifts like theexpansion of digital and software businesses, ensuring compliancewith evolving cybersecurity regulations - Building and maintaininga strong internal network of cybersecurity experts, enabling fastand reliable responses to requests and promoting Siemens Smart Infrastructure's needs in relevant national and internationalstandards - Ensuring that cybersecurity deficiencies and risks aretransparently communicated to management, providing clear insightsfor informed decision-making - Handling complex regulatory topicswith pragmatism, guiding the organization through regulatoryrequirements while maintaining compliance and operationalefficiency You excel in - Education - A Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or acomparable field, with a solid foundation in laws and regulationsrelated to cybersecurity - Experience & Skills - Profoundknowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and NIST, providing a strong basis for ensuring compliance with globalcybersecurity regulations - Long-term experience in working withingovernmental and regulatory environments, with a deep technicalunderstanding of how cybersecurity intersects with regulatoryrequirements - Strong analytical skills and excellent communicationabilities, enabling you to work effectively with variousstakeholders and translate complex regulatory requirements intoactionable business practices - Ways of working - A pragmaticapproach to navigating regulatory environments, balancingcompliance with operational efficiency, and maintaining a strongstanding with governmental agencies - Demonstrated ability tohandle complex regulatory topics and work effectively withgovernmental agencies, ensuring Siemens Smart Infrastructure'scompliance and proactive engagement with authorities - Languages -Business fluent language skills in both German and English,enabling clear and effective communication with internal andexternal stakeholders across different regions You are much morethan your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of everysingle candidate.
