Senior Technology Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy, drive business value through AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science, and shape our engineering organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent leadership skills, and experience in modern software architecture, agile development, and cloud technologies.

• Develop and implement a forward-looking technology strategy that aligns with business objectives
• Lead an international team of engineers and managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance technology, product, and business alignment
• Ensure excellence in architecture, code quality, security, and system reliability

• Experience as a CTO or similar role, with a focus on AI, transformational projects, and scalable tech strategies
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills
• Experience in marketplaces, recruiting, staffing, ATS, or similar, in DACH/EU
• Solid expertise in modern software architecture, agile development, and cloud technologies
• Ability to integrate AI/ML solutions into products, processes, and the organization
• Passion for building strong engineering cultures and leading international teams
