Compensation: Commission/Hourly rate (Unlimited earning potential) Job-Type: Full-Time Location: Rest Haven Memorial Park Department: Family Services / Pre-Need & At-Need Sales What You'll Do Educate families about the benefits of pre-planning funeral and cemetery arrangements Meet with at-need families (partnering with a licensed funeral director) to assist with service and cemetery selections. Conduct follow-up calls, outreach, and relationship building within the community Maintain accurate records and manage your sales pipeline Represent the funeral home and cemetery with empathy, integrity, and professionalism - Honesty, Integrity, and Service Excellence are at the heart of all we do Participate in community events, presentations, and workshops Work collaboratively with Family Service, Funeral Directors, Cemetery Grounds, and Leadership Teams Qualifications Compassionate, patient and service-minded Coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated by both mission and results Strong communicator with the ability to guide families through sensitive decisions Organized and able to work independently Comfortable with a consultative sales environment Prior sales experience is helpful but not required
