Job Responsibilities
Work with clients to determine requirements and define the scope and objective, planning time scales and resources needed. Assisting in identifying bugs/problem and working within or other teams to resolve issues as required. To create and implement test plans and scripts/strategies for Manual and Automation models. To create and develop appropriate documentation and test cases to support various business applications. To define and implement a Test Automation Framework. To understand and provide inputs to the Automation Test Strategy, ensure all testing requirements in terms of documentation and systems are available to the Test teams. Able to take ownership were needed within various projects and resolving issues within given deadlines. To attend QA meetings, daily scrum meetings and be responsible for test summary report. Support and mentor junior or new members via knowledge transfer where required within the process when required. Able to adapt changes within various information change process with the various projects. Provide Business Requirement using validation process to meet overall business objectives with given SLA. To participate in reviews, manage high priorities and advance time releases of software. Skills Required:
In depth knowledge within IT Business requirement gathering, software testing, focus on Automated Testing Strong skills with Java and C#. Experience of undertaking Business Definition Documentation and Functional Testing utilising Cucumber, Selenium and SoapUI. Experience with simulation and testing various test cases. Automation of Sanity, Regression and Performance test scripts. Able to generate Reports from the software management tool. Adaptable and keen to learn new testing tools and methodologies. Previous experience of working with shell scripting techniques. Experience web-based test/defect management tools. Trace, record and resolve the bugs during test execution.
