Our Sat Connect IC business unit, a division of our Satellite Systems business is a leading provider of ASICs, software, multibeam electronically steered antennas, and complete systems for communication satellites, as well as ground and airborne terminals. We design and deliver advanced ASICs, software, multibeam electronically steered antennas, and systems for communication satellites, as well as ground and airborne terminals.
Job Description
Lead, mentor and guide the team members. Promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts.
Manage the team performance, resources, and timelines.
Provide technical guidance, support team members, conduct code reviews and coordinate with other teams.
Set clear goals and expectations for the team members and set priorities aligned to project objectives.
Break down project requirements to actionable tasks and distribute among team members.
Maintain an active involvement in hand-on coding, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in Linux Kernel Embedded SW development.
At least 1 year of proven experience as a technology leader.
Proactive, independent, with a solution-focused and positive attitude.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal in Hebrew and English
