SoCal Elite Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated, fun and professional licensed Physical Therapist to work in an outpatient clinic. Full time position with benefits to include: Paid time off, CEU reimbursement, healthcare and retirement.
SoCal Elite has been the ONLY insurance-based PT clinic in Orange County to continuously see patients one-on-one, on the hour for the full hour, and with a DPT regardless of insurance. SoCal Elite Physical Therapy has believed in this ideal from the very start, through COVID, and for all future patient-care. Thinking of accepting a "one-on-one" position somewhere else? We ask that you be very critical of when they started this model, exactly how long you personally get with each patient, future use of aides/assistants, and when they plan to return back to their prior models.
Expectations in clinic:
* Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment to your patient for a full treatment hour. All evals and follow ups are 1 treatment hour.
* Create an individual HEP program for each patient.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Adhere to policies of the clinic.
* Supervise and teach students on clinical rotations.
* Enjoy your time with patients and get them back to their function!
Qualifications:
* Current CA PT license or date set for boards exam
* Experience in outpatient ortho setting preferred, but willing to train
* Applied functional science experience preferred, but willing to train
