Proptee is seeking an individual who is a true problem solver and first principle thinker. We're a brand new start-up company, where things break and go wrong every day. We are searching for a person who has the ability and guts to come up with crazy ideas and actually make them a reality. This is not a 9-5 job. You will work more than at a big company, but you will also get a lot of responsibility with autonomy. Responsibilities
Build and test new functionality in our trading system and back-office tool for customer support. Build and manage API endpoints for internal and external use. Help guide our overall strategy through design, prototyping, and market research. Report directly to our CTO. Resolve support requests on a day-to-day basis. Present your roadmap at company-wide checkins. Qualifications
Experience with Data Structures or Algorithms from university, an internship, open-source hobby coding, or other practical experience. Coding experience in one of the following programming languages: C++, Java, Python or Go. A solid foundation in computer science with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design. Preferred qualifications: Professional Go knowledge with an interest in financial applications and/or blockchain technology. Strong Github portfolio on side projects or hackathon projects.
