Your duties Area Technical Sales Manager We are looking for a driven Area Technical Sales Manager who thrives on spotting commercial opportunities and advising customers with expert technical knowledge. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and managing your territory, working closely with both customers and internal teams. You have a keen eye for new opportunities, provide tailored technical solutions, and represent our company at trade fairs and industry events. Your key responsibilities are:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while actively acquiring new clients.
Deliver product demonstrations and translate technical specifications into customer-focused solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to translate customer feedback into improvements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and seize opportunities.
Your profile You hold a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field) and have proven experience in technical sales. With strong technical insight, you quickly understand complex products and can present them convincingly. You are communicative, results-oriented, and skilled at setting the right priorities, and you also have:
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English, plus a second language, preferably German or French.
Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for candidates located in the EMEA region.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bristol and surrounding regions.
