The Role As National Sales Manager, you’ll lead, coach and develop a team of six Area Sales Managers across the country. This is a hands‑on, field‑based leadership role, spending the majority of your time in the field coaching, supporting and helping your team win. You’ll drive value‑based selling, ensure consistent pipeline management and uphold the company’s exceptional reputation for quality, service and reliability.
