Job Description
Are you a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager with a passion for driving large programs from feasibility analysis to delivery? Legal and General Asset Management is seeking a talented individual to join our Business Change team. In this role, you will support and align Business Change through to delivery, operating in a lean, agile environment. What you'll be doing:
Identifying and managing the 'big picture' associated with Front Office, middle, and back office change, and proactively working with stakeholders to optimize, enable, and drive workstream delivery Gathering business requirements, modelling process maps using BPMN notation, and documenting required artefacts Nurturing stakeholder relationships and becoming their trusted counsel Acting as an expert counsel and consultant, bringing structure to vision and ideas, and conducting feasibility to shape business cases Working with the Architecture team to identify innovative, effective, and scalable approaches to tackle changes Working with technology and outsourced providers to manage and deliver changes in the most optimized manner Capturing and documenting the as-is and to-be Target Operating Models, incorporating processes, organization, technology, and information themes Documenting requirements in Jira and managing and progressing backlog items with the wider team Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
Experience working on Front Office & Transformation programmes within an Institutional Investment Management organization Good exposure across front/middle/back office in an Institutional Asset Management setting with good knowledge of asset types Excellent communication skills Experience defining target operating models Experience with the full Change Lifecycle Ability to work independently and with others Strong organizational and time-management skills Evidence of a structured approach to analysis and project management using standard tools and techniques Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
