£90K + Car Allowance . The company deliver major infrastructure projects across Rail, Highways, Airports, and Power Stations, and they're looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to work on a range of projects from design through to installation, testing, and commissioning. What you’ll be doing
Lead mechanical design reviews to ensure buildability, safety, and compliance Produce and check mechanical designs for tunnel ventilation, HVAC, and pumped systems Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical challenges Ensure all systems meet
HSE, quality, programme, and regulatory
standards Support commissioning and testing activities Work in a hybrid mix of site-based and design office environments What you’ll bring
Qualified Mechanical Engineer Mechanical Services Design experience in Rail, Airports, Highways, or Power Stations Knowledge of mechanical installation legislation, BIM, and design modelling standards Experience with HVAC, fire-rated ductwork, potable water & drainage systems SMSTS and/or CSCS card Proficiency in MS Office What’s in it for you
