We’re looking for an energetic and sharp communicator to join a small, elite team that’s redefining how the private equity world makes talent decisions with our software. Your job? To open doors with senior decision-makers in financial services, and earn handsomely doing it. Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for making high-quality (qualified) outbound calls Identifying the right senior stakeholders, sparking interest, and book-in meetings/demos with our leadership team. Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM Key features Transparent commission structure - no hidden thresholds, no moving goalposts. OTE up to £80k+ Direct exposure to senior leadership - you’ll be setting meetings directly for the firm\'s owner and senior team. Real progression - show consistent results, and you’ll step into a closing role with full deal ownership.
