QA & Automation Test Engineer
responsible for testing, maintenance, and ongoing support of the platform, acting as the internal focal point for an enterprise platform. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, ambitious, and committed to staying at the forefront of QA & automation testing technologies. Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with the software design team on verification protocols Identify weaknesses and target areas of software applications Develop ideas for automated testing procedures Report issues and identify problem areas Design and install software databases Create test reports and address quality issues Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field Experience as an automation test engineer Knowledge of automation systems and databases Proficiency in programming scripting languages such as Java and VBScript Understanding of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
Java, Selenium, JMeter, Postman Additional Technologies and Experience
Nginx, IPv4 Networking, Software engineering (C/C++/Java/Python/Go/Rust/Node), Test automation, Data technologies (relational and non-relational) Personal Traits
Passion for technology, initiative, self-learning, team player, ownership Certifications (Preferred)
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) for J2SE 6.0 Sun Certified Web Component Developer (SCWCD) ITILv3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management Location and Salary
