Confluence , we’re looking for an experienced
Enterprise Sales Director
to join our high-performing team and drive growth across our suite of investment lifecycle solutions. You’ll be selling into asset managers, fund administrators, investment consultants, wealth managers, and asset owners, backed by a collaborative team and a product set that is well-established, price competitive, and best-in-class. This role covers the UK, Ireland and Nordics markets, with some travel expected.
Location London, UK (Hybrid 2+ days per week in St Paul's office)

Qualifications
7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling Analytics software or data solutions to financial institutions.
Proven success in new logo acquisition and complex, high‑value sales cycles.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Experience selling into risk, performance, and operations teams within asset management.
Comfortable with medium to long sales cycles (6–18 months) and mid‑large deal sizes.
Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Microsoft Teams, and core Office tools.
Familiarity with Miller Heiman or similar sales methodologies.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
