Solutions Architect - Hybrid – Leeds | Up to £88,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
A leading global organisation is undergoing a major technology transformation, modernising its platforms across cloud, data, and digital workplace domains. As part of this journey, they’re looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to help define and deliver scalable solutions that support their long-term strategic goals.
This role sits within the enterprise’s core technology function, working closely with Product, Platform, and Cloud teams to shape solution designs, guide technical direction, and ensure technology decisions align with business outcomes.
The Role
Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating complex requirements into clear, scalable, and secure architectural solutions.
Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to design and govern end-to-end solutions across areas such as M365, Cloud, Data & AI, and Digital Workplace.
Lead solution design reviews, integration planning, and architectural assurance, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards.
Partner with senior stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads to define architectural patterns, promote best practice, and balance innovation with governance.
Support the Principal Cloud Architect and broader architecture team in shaping the organisation’s future technical landscape and delivery model.
About You
Strong understanding of Azure Cloud, integration design, and modern application architecture.
Experience across M365, Digital Workplace, or Data & AI domains would be highly beneficial.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence decisions.
Knowledge of TOGAF or other architectural frameworks, combined with a pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset.
Comfortable working in hybrid agile environments and collaborating across multiple delivery teams.
