Salary: £70,000 per annum | Location: Whiteley (Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite / 3 Days WFH, occasional UK travel) | Duration: 12-Month FTC.
About the Role Our UK‑leading B2B telecommunications client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support integration projects following recent acquisitions. The Business Analyst will be responsible for mapping current processes, defining future‑state operations, and ensuring smooth integration across teams and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse current‑state business processes and identify gaps.
Document workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder touchpoints.
Define future‑state (To‑Be) processes with cross‑functional teams.
Support integration roadmaps, transition plans, and delivery milestones.
Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Track progress, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience as a Business Analyst on complex integration programmes.
Project management skills and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
Expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of systems integration, data flows, and enterprise architecture.
Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
