Eurobase is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive sales excellence and enable growth within our Insurance division. You’ll play a key role in optimising processes, managing data, supporting business development, and empowering our sales teams. What you’ll do: Own sales data, reporting and dashboards – providing insights for leadership. Develop and refine sales processes, policies, and go-to-market strategies. Support new business development and bid management (RFPs/RFIs). Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, lead qualification, and prospect mapping. Manage and optimise HubSpot to enhance sales pipeline visibility. Deliver training, onboarding and enablement tools for the sales team. What we’re looking for: Experience in a fast-paced sales environment (software/insurance sector desirable). Strong business acumen with excellent organisation and communication skills. Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. Skilled in relationship building and data-driven decision-making. Eurobase is recognised for delivering innovative solutions across the insurance sector.
