As a UI/UX Designer at Gpeto Planning AI, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for our AI-driven applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design solutions that enhance user experience and streamline the planning application process. Key Responsibilities
User Research:
Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users, including planning applicants and local authorities. Wireframing and Prototyping:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows. Visual Design:
Develop visually appealing and cohesive design elements that align with our brand identity. Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement. Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation. Design Systems:
Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms. Stay Current:
Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to incorporate best practices into your work. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Experience:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, Axure). Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Problem-Solving:
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to create user-friendly designs for complex processes. Team Player:
