We provide outsourced IT services to clients ranging from 25-250 users mainly the M4 corridor and London, we have been in business for 27 years. We are a small friendly business, everything is approached with common sense, both for our clients and for our staff. We feel that you should enjoy coming to work and enjoy the work you are doing, therefore we give our staff responsibility of their own workload and don’t micromanage staff. This environment isn’t for everyone but does suit people who can manage their own time. The business is typically a low pressure environment where the emphasis is on getting things done properly rather than quickly, we insist on lunch breaks being taken and leaving for home on time so our staff can enjoy a stimulating working environment but also ensure they achieve a good work/life balance. Common sense will always take priority over process and we encourage people to raise questions and develop themselves.
*Job Purpose & Responsibilities*

Whenever possible the senior engineers like to get in front of the whiteboard and explain how solutions to problems were found.
