Position Details
* *Part-time contract role* with a *caseload waiting* for you
* Paid per visit with flexible scheduling

What You’ll Do
* Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities
* Develop *individualized treatment plans* tailored to each child’s unique needs
* Implement *evidence-based therapy techniques* to build communication skills
* Provide *early intervention services* for children with developmental delays
* Collaborate with parents, educators, and healthcare professionals to maximize outcomes
* Document progress and celebrate milestones along the way
* Educate families about speech disorders and empower them with tools for success
* Stay current with the latest research and innovations in speech-language pathology
What We’re Looking For
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (accredited program)
* Valid state licensure or certification as an SLP
* Pediatric experience preferred (but we welcome motivated clinicians eager to learn!)
* Strong assessment skills and a *compassionate, family-centered approach*
* Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Interest or experience in *feeding therapy* is a plus
* Organized, motivated, and excited to grow with us

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
