Are you passionate about helping children thrive? We’re looking for a *committed, patient-focused Occupational Therapist* who’s ready to make a lasting impact on children and their families through play-based, client-centered therapies.

* Step into an *established caseload* with room to grow
* Work in both our vibrant downtown clinic and community-based settings (homes, childcare centers, schools)
* Empower children ages *2 months to 18 years* with diverse diagnoses including cerebral palsy, ASD, SPD, fine motor delays, and genetic/chromosomal conditions
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, speech therapists, and educators
What You’ll Do
* Design and adapt individualized treatment plans that spark progress and confidence
* Teach children and families creative strategies to tackle everyday tasks
* Assess environments and recommend modifications to maximize independence
* Introduce adaptive equipment and train families in its use
* Track progress, celebrate milestones, and document outcomes
* Partner with colleagues to deliver holistic, integrated care
What We’re Looking For
* Licensed Occupational Therapist in DC (BS degree or higher)
* At least 2 years of pediatric OT experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of OT principles and evaluation tools (PDMS-2, SPM, Beery, Bayley, etc.)
* Compassion, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
* A lifelong learner with a holistic perspective and a passion for growth

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
