*Associate Dentist – Live Well in Louisville. Grow Fast at Magnolia Dental.*
At Magnolia Dental, you’ll find the rare balance of modern technology, clinical autonomy, and genuine mentorship—in a city that lets you live a good life outside the office too.
We’re an established private practice in Louisville’s East End—serving the growing communities of Jeffersontown, Middletown, and St. Matthews—with 11 operatories, a steady 100+ new patients every month, and a reputation for kindness, precision, and growth.
This is the perfect opportunity for a dentist who wants to develop clinical confidence, sharpen efficiency, and build a long-term home in private practice.
*What You’ll Do*
* Treat a healthy mix of comprehensive family dentistry—restorative, endodontics, oral surgery—and learn advanced services like clear aligners and implants as your skills expand.
* Work 4–5 days per week with one Saturday per month (Sept–May).
* Enjoy a proven systems-based schedule that keeps your day productive but never chaotic.
* Collaborate with an experienced team who anticipates your needs and keeps rooms running smoothly.
* Step into mentorship or full autonomy depending on your comfort and experience.
*Technology You’ll Love*
Digital everything—CBCT, 3D printers, intraoral scanners, soft-tissue laser, air abrasion, Pearl AI, OpenDental, Practice by Numbers, and electric handpieces.
You’ll diagnose with clarity, treat with precision, and present confidently.
Compensation & Benefits
* Daily Guarantee: first 4 months or 30% of net collections (with increasing bonus tiers at higher monthly production levels), whichever is greater
* Labs: Deducted from collection
* Sign-on Bonus: Available
* CE Stipend: Annual allowance
* Benefits: Medical plan, 401(k), dental benefit, paid malpractice, DEA & KY license fees covered
* Partnership Pathway: Available after demonstrated performance and cultural alignment
*Our Culture*
We’re serious about our craft—but never about ourselves.
You’ll find a warm, professional team that holds high standards and helps each other reach them.
For new graduates, that means hands-on mentorship, case reviews, and step-by-step guidance.
For experienced associates, it means the freedom to treat your patients your way—with the support and resources of a fully equipped private practice behind you.
*Life in Louisville*
Louisville has all the charm and culture of a big city with the ease and affordability of a hometown.
* Neighborhoods you’ll love: Jeffersontown’s small-town community, Middletown’s suburban convenience, and St. Matthews’ tree-lined streets and restaurants—all within a short drive to downtown.
* Outdoors: The Parklands of Floyds Fork, Waterfront Park, hiking, biking, kayaking.
* Culture & flavor: The Kentucky Derby, the Urban Bourbon Trail, NuLu dining, live music, and festivals that fill every season.
* Lifestyle: Low cost of living, great schools, real neighborhoods—and room to breathe.
*Your 90-Day Success Path*
Month 1: Get calibrated—observe, learn the systems, meet patients.
Month 2: Start building your own schedule and case flow.
Month 3: Reach a consistent $5K/day production rhythm and full team integration.
