*Join Our Team as a Mammographer*
We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our radiology team. In this role, you’ll perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms while ensuring each patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout the process. The ideal candidate is ARRT-certified in Mammography, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate imaging with a strong focus on patient safety and support. Responsibilities:
- Perform mammography scans on patients in a healthcare setting
- Ensure the comfort and safety of patients during procedures
- Position patients correctly for optimal imaging results
- Operate and maintain mammography equipment
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professional
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Performs all required QA testing to comply with MQSA, ACR, and state requirements/regulations
- Stay current on all ACR and FDA programs and mandates
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Mammography Technologist
- Proficient in operating mammography equipment and software
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to mammography
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
