If so, come join the fun at Cathedral Square Assisted Living and work alongside a close team of professionals dedicated to ensuring the well-being and dignity of residents as they age in place. Cathedral Square is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care to adults who are physically, functionally or socially impaired. You’ll work 16 hours a week in our Assisted Living community in downtown Burlington. Responsibilities include supervision of care staff, ensuring the well-being of the residents and making sure direct care services provided by staff are of a high quality. Additional responsibilities include medication management and administration, assessment and treatment; on-call clinical consultation to staff as needed; and compliance with Vermont Level III Assisted Living/Residential Care Home regulations.
Qualifications: Must possess a Vermont LPN license. Experience in Long Term care setting preferred, but willing to train the right person. Able to think, act and intervene appropriately in both routine and emergency situations. Must possess a high degree of interpersonal communication skills to relate with a wide variety of individuals. They must have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Must possess strong organizational and time management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Looking for someone who can work 16 hrs a week.

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
