You duties will include; * Enhancing the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products. * Effectively motivate and support other members of the sales team to reach expected targets. * Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service. * EMG Sales Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
