We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric patient care and a passion for helping individuals achieve their maximum potential through tailored therapeutic interventions. This role involves working with pediatrics in a private practice outpatient setting.
*Duties*
* Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to enhance their functional abilities.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living skills and overall quality of life.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Educate patients and their families about treatment goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
*Skills*
* Strong background in pediatric patient care.
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including those with autism.
* Knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques and approaches.
* Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Proficiency in adapting therapeutic activities to meet the diverse needs of patients.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Per diem
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
